    Ma Zhonggui, male, Han nationality, born in December 1974, Ph.D. in engineering, associate professor of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, master's tutor, current party branch secretary and deputy director of the Department of Communication Engineering. As the project leader, presided over 4 vertical projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the Internet of Things Special Project, and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. As the main researcher, he participated in the key projects of the National 863 Program, the "Eleventh Five-Year" Science and Technology Support Program, and the Ministry of Education Research on 8 major projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Beijing Natural Science Foundation of China. More than 40 papers have been published, including 4 SCI indexed, EI indexed more than 20 papers, and ISTP indexed 3 papers. He has edited 3 academic works and published 2 textbooks. It has applied for and authorized 5 national invention patents, and registered 3 computer software copyrights.
