Zhou Xianwei, male, Ph.D. degree in engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, deputy dean of Sunac, member of the 12th National Natural Science Foundation of China Information Field Expert Group, national two-way broadband Expert of Education Satellite Recommendation Group, Vice President of China Society of Behavioral Law Basic Theory Research, Executive Director of China Talent Research Association, Deputy Secretary-General of China Talent, and editorial board member of SCI journal "China Communications". Won the 2006 Baosteel Education Fund Excellent Teacher Award, the 2009 China Nonferrous Metals Association Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and the 2016 Qinghai Province Science and Technology Progress Second Prize. Published more than 200 academic papers, and his article "Differential Game Model with Coupling Constraint for Routing in Ad hoc Networks" was included in his work by top scholars in the field, IEEE Fellow, IFAC Fellow, and Professor Tamer Basar of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign "Game Theory in Wireless and Communication Networks". As the editor-in-chief, he has published 16 works in the National Defense Industry Press, and obtained more than 50 national invention patents and more than 10 computer software copyrights. As the chairman of the conference, he initiated and held the "International Conference of Cyberspace Technology" in 2013. Currently, he is mainly engaged in research on artificial intelligence, edge computing/fog computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and information security.
