    Zhi Ruicong (1983.12), professor and doctoral supervisor. Worked at the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. In 2005, he graduated from the School of Computer Science and Technology of Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in biomedical engineering, and obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering. In 2010, he graduated from the Institute of Information Science of Beijing Jiaotong University, majoring in signal and information processing with a Ph. From 2016 to 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the School of Computer Science at the University of South Florida in the United States. From 2008 to 2009, he co-trained a Ph.D. in the School of Electrical Engineering at the Royal Swedish Institute of Technology. From 2010 to 2015, he worked in the Sensory Analysis Laboratory of the Institute of Food and Agricultural Standardization, China National Institute of Standardization, as an associate researcher.

    The main research direction is computer vision, artificial intelligence and innovative applications in cross-fields. In the aspect of human emotion intelligence analysis, it focuses on the emotion analysis and attribute recognition research of fine facial expressions. The emotion intelligence is innovatively applied to the objective measurement of consumer preferences, and it has been well applied in medical treatment and safety. Presided over the research tasks of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (general), national key research and development special sub-tasks, national defense science and technology innovation projects and other research tasks, as the first/corresponding author in IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Journal of Dairy Science, Journal of Clinical Medicine and other top journals in artificial intelligence and interdisciplinary fields have published more than 70 papers, which have been cited hundreds of times. Obtained more than 20 authorized invention patents, participated in the formulation of 1 international standard, 2 national standards, and edited 3 books. Won the Science and Technology Inspection Award from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Award, and the National Nomination Award for 100 Excellent Doctoral Dissertations. Served as a member of the ISO TC34/SC12 Special Committee, a member of the Beijing Internet of Things Society, a member of the Smart Medical Special Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Society, and a member of the Traffic Video Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics.
