    Male, born in June 1975, received a master's degree and a doctorate degree in engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in 2002 and 2007, respectively. From April 2007 to September 2014, worked at the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since June 2013, funded by the China Scholarship Council, he went to the Department of Electronic Engineering and Computer at Rice University for a period of One-year academic visit. Since September 2014, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research at the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
