Li Sha
In 2004, he was admitted to the School of Information Science and Technology of Hainan University, majoring in communications engineering. In 2008, he was admitted to the Master of Communication and Information System of the School of Information Science and Technology in Hainan University. In 2011, he was admitted to the Research of Information Photonics and Optical Communications at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. The college, enrolled as a PhD student in optical engineering, was awarded the Irish Government-Dublin Institute of Technology International Scholarship Funding, studied at the Dublin Institute of Technology Optical Research Center, in April 2013 was personally received by Irish President Mike Higgins.
