    Female, born in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Hebei nationality, doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral tutor. He graduated from South China University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in radio technology, and received a bachelor's degree in engineering; Beijing Jiaotong University graduated with a master's degree and a doctorate in communications and information system, majoring in communication and information system. From December 2011 to June 2012, he went to the Stevens Institute of Technology in the United States as a visiting scholar. Prof. Yudong Yao (IEEE fellow) made outstanding contributions in the field of cognitive radio. In recent years, the research direction has been mainly in the research and teaching of wireless mobile communication system theory, broadband wireless communication technology, wireless communication optimization theory, wireless resource management, wireless cloud access technology, space information communication network theory and technology. More than 70 graduate students have been trained. In recent years, he has published more than 60 academic papers as correspondent authors; published three books as editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief; applied for more than ten national invention patents; presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Beijing Natural Science Foundation as the project leader , National Science and Technology Major Projects, National Public Welfare Projects, etc .; as core technology backbone to participate in national high-tech research and development plans, national science and technology major projects, and other national and provincial ministerial projects; presided over a number of horizontally related research projects. Won the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the title of Beijing outstanding young scientific and technological workers, etc .; served as a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a member of the Technical Committee of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, a national technical expert on science and technology, a technical expert of the Beijing Science and Technology Commission Waiting for many social work.
