Hu Changjun, male, Han nationality, born in January 1963, Doctor of Science. Professor, Ph.D. Member of Academic Committee of University of Science and Technology Beijing, person in charge of discipline construction of computer science and technology. Senior member of the Chinese Computer Society, member of the High Performance Computing Special Committee, standing committee of the Electronic Medical Records and Hospital Informatization Special Committee. He graduated from the Computer Science Department of Peking University in August 2001 with a Ph.D. in science, and was a postdoctoral fellow in the Computer Department of Tsinghua University from 2002 to 2004. Since 2004, he has worked in Beijing University of Science and Technology. He used to be deputy dean of the School of Information Engineering, secretary general of the Academic Committee, deputy dean of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, vice chairman and secretary of the Degree Committee. In recent years, he has served as a member of the National Education Informatization Development Strategy Expert Group and a visiting researcher at the Institute of Information Technology of Tsinghua University. CODATA, APWeb, GCC and other international academic conference program committee members or Workshop chairman. The main research directions include: big data engineering, high-performance computing, supercomputing, big data, intelligent fusion application technology. A multi-paradigm and multi-granularity parallel computing model is proposed, and a set of parallel compilation optimization techniques for non-core, irregular problems is established. Related achievements have been published in high-level domestic and foreign magazines such as FGCS, Chinese Science, and Computer Journal. The Crystal MD molecular dynamics numerical simulation software presided over by the research and development, on the Tianhe II supercomputer, using a complex EAM potential function, the simulation scale reached 1012 atoms, which is currently the largest internationally reported simulation. Won the "Tianhe No. 2" supercomputer excellent application award in 2016. The paper on semantic integration of materials science data was selected as teaching material by the graduate course "Distributed Multimedia Information Management" (csci586) of the University of Southern California. It has trained nearly 20 doctoral students, more than 100 master students, and more than 30 doctoral and master students.
