    Male, born in May 1968, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund in 2007, is currently the dean of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, director of the Institute of Advanced Network Technology and New Business, and doctoral supervisor. He obtained master's and doctorate degrees in engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology in 1995 and 1998, respectively. From September 1998 to June 2001, he did postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Switching Technology and Communication Network of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and went to work in the laboratory after leaving the postdoctoral station in September 2000. From June 2001 to November 2002, he served as Research Fellow of the Australian Research Council Ultra-Broadband Network Research Center (CUBIN) of the Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of Melbourne. From December 2002 to November 2005, Dean and Professor of Communication College of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From November 2005 to December 2010, Deputy Dean of the School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Director of Sichuan Telecom Value-added Service Engineering Technology Research Center and Optical Internet and Mobile Information Network Research Center.

  • Representative Papers

    Since 1994, he has been engaged in research work on broadband network survivability, Internet theory and technology, optical interconnection network management and control technology, wireless mobile communication technology, network applications, and new telecommunications services in many universities at home and abroad. In terms of broadband network survivability, IP QoS and implementation mechanism, optical Internet architecture and protocol, broadband wireless access technology, etc., it has made outstanding innovation research achievements. It has applied for 7 international invention patents, 134 domestic patents, and submitted standards 9 drafts; more than 480 papers have been published in important academic journals at home and abroad and international academic conferences, of which 90 are included in SCI and more than 200 are included in EI. According to the statistics of Web of Science Core Collection (SCIE), SCI is cited 728 times, including 689 citations, 105 citations per article, average 8.09 citations per paper, and h index 13. According to Google academic data, the total number of paper citations is 4077, the h index is 27, the i10 index is 70, and the highest single citation is 1029.

  • Research Performance

    As the project leader and technical leader, he has completed and is in charge of more than 60 national projects, international cooperation projects, provincial and provincial scientific research projects, and enterprise cooperation projects. There are 4 supporting platform construction and outstanding talent introduction platform construction projects.
    The leadership team is presiding over and undertaking 1 National 973 Project project, 1 National Outstanding Youth Science Fund project, 6 National 863 Project projects, 2 National Natural Science Foundation key projects, 3 National Natural Science Foundation general projects and A total of 16 projects including provincial and ministerial projects.

    In 2008, the Distinguished Professor "Yangtze River Scholar" of the Ministry of Education was received by President Hu and Premier Wen on September 9, 2009 in the Great Hall of the People
